Index Maintenance Solutions tries very hard to make all business we do straight forward and simple for all of our customers. Our Refund Policy is no different. Customers may receive a refund up to 90 days from initial payment for any of our Home Premium Maintenance Plans. If the customer is unsatisfied in any way with the plan they choose, they may choose to change or upgrade their plan, or if we are unable to remedy the problem to the customer's satisfaction, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, minus the cost of any parts purchased by us on behalf of said customer in order to perform services done by us on said customer's equipment up until the point of cancellation.
Before a refund can be issued, verification of customer's identity and reason for cancellation must be given by customer for Index Maintenance Solutions records.
